Yes! You can view our available apartments on our floor plans page and easily start your application online. If you have any questions, give us a call! The friendly team at our apartments in Daytona Beach, Florida is eager to assist. 

Once you have submitted your completed documents along with any required verification, we will verify your rental history, credit history, and income. Our approval process usually takes  no more than 72 hours.

The Oasis Apartments in Daytona Beach provides an online resident portal where residents are able to set up automatic payments using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. You can use this portal to to schedule a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in the office. We do not accept cash payments for rent. 

Yes, insurance is mandatory at our community. You will need to have at least $100,000 dollars in liability coverage for your apartment. If you have not purchased a policy, you will be automatically enrolled in SPM's CLIP Resident Liability Insurance Program. If you have opted to obtain the required liability insurance through a third party, please upload proof of coverage (declarations page) at the link here. The policy is not personal liability insurance or renter's insurance. The policy does not cover any of your personal belongings, additional living expenses, or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. At The Oasis Apartments, we use Spectrum for cable and internet service. 

Yes, at The Oasis Apartments, you can choose to end your lease early. Breaking your lease will result in the fee amount specified in your leasing agreement. Early notice is not required when you are breaking your lease, but you must pay the fee and turn in your keys on the day you vacate your home. 

You don't have to do anything to set up your utilities at The Oasis Apartments in Daytona! Our 3rd party billing service, Conservice, will take care of everything, and all y our utilities should be in place and functional upon your move-in. If you have any questions, just contact us!

At The Oasis Apartments, pest control, valet trash, and Spectrum cable and internet are billed as a mandatory flat fee that will be added to your rent each moth. Please feel free to contact us for more information regarding our billing structure and practices. 

While scheduling a tour is encouraged to ensure our availability, walk-ins are always welcome at The Oasis Apartments in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Thanks to our warm and sunny location, Daytona Beach, on Florida's Atlantic Coast, our sparkling pool and sundeck are open year round for residents to enjoy. 

While there are bark parks and pet-friendly walking trails near our community, we do not have an on-site bark park. 

Every home at The Oasis includes a combo washer and dryer. Plus, our community provides two clothing care facilities for our residents' laundry needs.

Our apartments in Daytona Beach offer a stainless steel fridge and a gas oven/range. 

At The Oasis Apartments, our one-bedroom, one-bathroom homes do not come furnished. 

Yes! If you're looking for a furnished apartment, our rental furnishings partner, CORT Furniture, can assist with your furniture needs as well as  items such as linens, cookwear, electronics, and decor. 

While we have plenty of resident parking, accessible parking, and guest parking at The Oasis, we do not offer covered parking or parking garages.

Grocery shopping is a snap thanks to our proximity to several supermarkets, marts, and markets near our apartments. Walmart Supercenter, ALDI, Key Food Supermarkets, International Asian Market, Nancy's Tienda Mexicana, and Publix Super Market at Sunshine Park Shopping Center are all nearby.

We will thoroughly clean and inspect your apartment before you move in, address any maintenance issues, and provide a checklist for you to fill out and note any additional issues that are present upon your move-in. This checklist will be reviewed upon your move-out to ensure you are not charged for existing damages. 

No, you do not have to be present for maintenance work to be done if you have given us permission to enter while you are not home. 

Yes! The Oasis Apartments in Daytona is a full-service apartment community, and we proudly provide on-site maintenance, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance.

If your apartment is in need of maintenance service you can reach out to our team in several ways. Simply submit a service request via your online resident portal or call, email, or drop by the office at your conveneince. The resident portal is the most efficient way to notify our team of non-emergency maintenance needs. 

We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service at The Oasis Apartments. Please note, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, do not place a request via the resident portal. Call 1-386-868-5898 and you will be given the option to choose emergency maintenance from our menu. This will quickly route your call to the appropriate party. 

If you are locked out during regular business hours, we will happily let you into your apartment free of charge. However, The Oasis does not offer after-hours lock-out service. If you find yourself locked out after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
